Please be sure to contact your carrier, as all packages are insured. We handle replacements on a case-by-case basis only.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Please notify us immediately upon receipt and inspection of your item. Defective items include: wrong design, misprinted shirt, ripped apparel. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product in the same size.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS ON APPAREL
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT process size exchanges. Please be sure to send us an email with questions if you are unsure about fit.
Please refer to size chart and please assume that all Women's Bella + Canvas and NXT LVL tee sizes run small and you should order up in size. If you are unsure or have questions about a particular item and it's fit please send an email prior to your purchase. Keep in mind that ALL TEES ARE FINAL SALES as they are MADE-TO-ORDER and made specifically for you.
Custom wording on most items is $5-$10. Please send an inquiry for exact pricing.
All of our made-to-order items are non/refundable.
Please follow these tips to take care of the tees:
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Processing is 5-7 days for made-to-order items and shipping for orders in the United States depends on the shipping method that you chose. It can take up to 5-7 business days. Most orders are received by us and delivered to you within 7 days of ordering. We hold all orders until the entire order is fulfilled. We can partially ship if you choose, for additional shipping costs. International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
Delays can occur, due to the manufacturer, periods of high demand, holidays, COVID19, etc.
We will keep you updated by email when your order leaves our store and provide you with a tracking number if you have selected a carrier option with tracking. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order, especially size/fit. If you require a change or modification once an order is submitted, please email us immediately to see if we can make modifications for you.
Everything Yoli does not claim responsibility for any packages not received by the customer after the carrier has retrieved it from our facility and upon actual delivery for any reason. Please check delivery address before placing order to ensure that the correct address is given. After order placement, there is a 24 hour period to correct the delivery address by email. In your email, please include: customer name, order number, and email address given at checkout. In the event that a package is marked delivered and not received, you must notify the carrier within 24 hours. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
